Shipping Policy

We ship all orders on business days (Mon-Fri.) If you place an order on Friday after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, we will dispatch it on the following Monday.

Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds will be issued to customers who did not receive their orders and choose a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason, packages do not reach customers, or should customers be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of that specific order will be issued. Unfortunately, FDA regulations prohibit us from accepting returned medication.
